All orders from My Terra are shipped using Australia Post. We have chosen Australia Post as our trusted shipping partner to ensure safe and timely delivery of your parcels.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the total weight and size of your purchase. Our system will automatically generate the shipping costs as you complete your order, ensuring that you are charged a fair and accurate shipping fee.

Order Processing Time:

Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on business days will typically be processed and/or printed and shipped within 36 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed and/or printed within 48 hours of the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery Times:

The estimated shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location, but as a general guideline: (Orders requiring specialised printing may take longer to be shipped.) 

– Metropolitan areas: 2-5 business days
– Regional areas: 5-12 business days
– Remote areas: 10-18 business days

International Shipping:
